- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 (12-ounce) bottle expired IPA craft beer
- 1/4 cup melted butter

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.

Slowly pour in the expired IPA craft beer and mix until just combined.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.

Drizzle the melted butter over the top of the batter.
