Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta
- 2 tbsp truffle butter
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the truffle butter over medium heat.
- Add the sliced mushrooms and garlic to the skillet and sauté until the mushrooms are tender.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta with the truffle butter and mushrooms.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the cheese has melted and the pasta is heated through.
- Serve the truffle butter pasta hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
