  • 8 oz pasta
  • 2 tbsp truffle butter
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, melt the truffle butter over medium heat.

Add the sliced mushrooms and garlic to the skillet and sauté until the mushrooms are tender.

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta with the truffle butter and mushrooms.
