- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 unopened tea bags
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Crush the unopened tea bags to release the tea leaves.
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil.
- Press the crushed tea leaves onto the top side of each salmon fillet.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
