Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked sushi rice
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup slightly expired salmon roe
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1/4 cup pickled ginger
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 green onion, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Drizzle the mixture over the cooked sushi rice and mix well.
  2. Divide the seasoned rice into serving bowls.
  3. Top the rice with cucumber slices, avocado slices, julienned carrot, and slightly expired salmon roe.
  4. Garnish with pickled ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and sliced green onion.
