Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked sushi rice
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup slightly expired salmon roe
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1/4 cup pickled ginger
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 green onion, sliced
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Drizzle the mixture over the cooked sushi rice and mix well.
- Divide the seasoned rice into serving bowls.
- Top the rice with cucumber slices, avocado slices, julienned carrot, and slightly expired salmon roe.
- Garnish with pickled ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and sliced green onion.
- Serve the sushi bowls immediately and enjoy!
