Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked sushi rice
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup slightly expired salmon roe
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1/4 cup pickled ginger
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 green onion, sliced

Instructions

In a small bowl, mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Drizzle the mixture over the cooked sushi rice and mix well.

Divide the seasoned rice into serving bowls.
