  • 1 cup green peas
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Thaw the commercially frozen raw halibut according to package instructions.
  2. Cut the halibut into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
  4. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and grated ginger to the pan. Sauté until the onion is translucent.
  5. Add the curry powder and cook for another minute to release its flavors.
  6. Pour in the coconut milk and bring the mixture to a simmer.
  7. Add the halibut pieces to the pan and cook for about 5 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through.
  8. Stir in the sliced red bell pepper and green peas.
  9. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  10. Simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat the vegetables.

Instructions
