  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over high heat.
  2. Add the garlic and stir-fry for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the drained salted fish and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly crispy.
  4. Add the broccoli, bell peppers, and carrot to the pan. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and water.
  6. Pour the sauce mixture over the vegetables and salted fish. Stir well to coat everything evenly.
  7. Continue stir-frying for another 2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
