Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup expired Isotonic Protein Recovery Shake (365 days after expiry)
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (e.g., almonds, walnuts)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, expired Isotonic Protein Recovery Shake, almond butter, honey, mini chocolate chips, and chopped nuts.
- Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
- Using your hands, shape the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the energy balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
- Store the energy balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
