- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup expired but safe Hoisin Sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the Hoisin Sauce, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and spread the Hoisin Sauce mixture evenly over them.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the glaze is sticky and caramelized.
