  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup Hoisin Sauce Commercially Bottled Unopened

  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a small bowl, mix together the Hoisin sauce, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
