
Hoisin Glazed Salmon
This recipe uses Hoisin Sauce Commercially Bottled Unopened to create a delicious glaze for salmon fillets. The sauce adds a sweet and savory flavor to the dish.
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup Hoisin Sauce Commercially Bottled Unopened
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a small bowl, mix together the Hoisin sauce, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
Heat a tablespoon of vegetable oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the salmon fillets to the skillet, skin side down, and cook for 3-4 minutes until the skin is crispy.
Flip the salmon fillets and brush the glaze mixture on top.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and cook for another 8-10 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Serve the glazed salmon hot with steamed rice or roasted vegetables.
