Ingredients
- 4 bell peppers
- 2 cups of frozen biryani (expired but safe to consume)
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup of chopped mint leaves
- 1/4 cup of plain yogurt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
- In a large bowl, mix the frozen biryani, shredded cheese, cilantro, mint leaves, and yogurt.
- Stuff the bell peppers with the biryani mixture, packing it tightly.
- Place the stuffed bell peppers in a baking dish and cover with foil.
- Bake for 30 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the peppers are tender and the filling is heated through.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
