Ingredients

  • 2 cups slightly expired frozen biryani
  • 1 cup chopped vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
  • 1/2 cup diced chicken or tofu
  • 1/4 cup yogurt
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup grated cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, combine the frozen biryani, chopped vegetables, diced chicken or tofu, yogurt, milk, grated cheese, cilantro, garam masala, turmeric powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.

Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
