- 2 cups of frozen biryani (expired but safe to consume)
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup of mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn, etc.)
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/4 cup of chopped green onions (optional)
