Ingredients

  • 2 cups of frozen biryani (expired but safe to consume)
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup of mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn, etc.)
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/4 cup of chopped green onions (optional)

Instructions

Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
