- 2 cups expired frozen zucchini noodles

Instructions
- Thaw the expired zucchini noodles in the refrigerator overnight.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the thawed zucchini noodles to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are heated through and slightly softened.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the noodles and toss to combine.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted.
