Ingredients
- Dry Rice Mix
- Vegetable Broth
- Mixed Vegetables
- Olive Oil
- Onion
- Garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until translucent.
- Add dry rice mix and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Pour in vegetable broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add mixed vegetables, salt, and pepper. Stir well, cover, and cook for an additional 10 minutes or until the vegetables are tender and the rice is cooked through.
- Remove from heat and let it sit for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork before serving.
