
Garlic Butter Linguini
A simple and flavorful recipe that puts expired dry linguini to good use. The pasta is thoroughly cooked and combined with garlic-infused butter for a tasty dish.

Ingredients
- 200g expired dry linguini
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add the expired dry linguini and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Make sure to cook it for an extra minute or two to ensure safety.
- While the pasta is cooking, melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant and lightly golden.
- Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and add it to the skillet with the garlic butter. Toss well to coat the pasta.
- Season with salt to taste and garnish with fresh parsley.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
