Ingredients

  • 1 cup dry rice mix
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed

  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1/4 cup sour cream

Instructions

Prepare the dry rice mix according to package instructions.
