Ingredients

  • 2 chayotes

Instructions

  1. 1. Peel the chayotes and cut them into thin slices or matchsticks.
  2. 2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
  3. 3. Add the minced garlic and sliced onion to the skillet and sauté until fragrant.
  4. 4. Add the chayote slices, red bell pepper, and julienned carrot to the skillet.
  5. 5. Stir-fry the vegetables for about 5-7 minutes until they are crisp-tender.
  6. 6. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
