- 2 chayotes, slightly expired
- 1 cucumber
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 small red onion
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 2 tablespoons lime juice

Instructions

1. Peel the chayotes and cut them into thin slices.
