
Anchovies Canned Pasta
A delicious pasta dish made with slightly expired anchovies canned.

Ingredients
- 200g pasta
- 1 can of anchovies (slightly expired)
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon capers
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes, and cook until the garlic is fragrant.
- Add the anchovies, breaking them up with a fork, and cook for 2-3 minutes until they start to dissolve.
- Add the capers and lemon juice, and stir to combine.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta in the sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the pasta hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
