
Bread Pudding

Ingredients
- 4 cups of cubed expired white bread
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup raisins (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the milk, granulated sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon. Whisk until well combined.
- Add the cubed expired white bread and raisins (if using) to the milk mixture. Stir gently until all the bread cubes are coated.
- Let the mixture sit for 15-20 minutes, allowing the bread to soak up the liquid.
- Transfer the bread mixture to the greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the pudding is set.
- Allow it to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm or at room temperature.
