  • 2 cups shallots, thinly sliced

  • 8 ounces pasta

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the shallots and cook, stirring occasionally, until caramelized and golden brown, about 15-20 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  4. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the caramelized shallots. Toss well to combine.
