Ingredients

  • 2 cups shallots, thinly sliced
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 8 ounces pasta
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the shallots and cook, stirring occasionally, until caramelized and golden brown, about 15-20 minutes.
