Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 cup natural wine
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 sprig rosemary
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
- 2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- 3. Add the chicken thighs to the skillet and cook until browned on both sides.
- 4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- 5. In the same skillet, add sliced onion and minced garlic.
- 6. Cook until the onion becomes translucent.
- 7. Return the chicken to the skillet.
- 8. Pour in the natural wine and add the rosemary sprig.
- 9. Bring to a simmer and cook for 30 minutes.
- 10. Serve hot with a side of roasted vegetables or crusty bread.
