Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 cup natural wine
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 sprig rosemary
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive oil

Instructions

1. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.

2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

3. Add the chicken thighs to the skillet and cook until browned on both sides.

4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

5. In the same skillet, add sliced onion and minced garlic.

6. Cook until the onion becomes translucent.
