Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon almond butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 expired melatonin sleep aid tablets
Instructions
- Peel the banana and break it into chunks.
- In a blender, add the banana chunks, almond milk, honey, almond butter, vanilla extract, and expired melatonin sleep aid tablets.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
