  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon almond butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 expired melatonin sleep aid tablets

Instructions

Peel the banana and break it into chunks.

In a blender, add the banana chunks, almond milk, honey, almond butter, vanilla extract, and expired melatonin sleep aid tablets.

Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
