
Hummus Veggie Wraps

Ingredients
- 1 package whole wheat wraps
- 1 cup expired but safe hummus
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (such as lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers)
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. Lay out the whole wheat wraps on a clean surface.
- 2. Spread a generous amount of expired but safe hummus evenly on each wrap.
- 3. Place the mixed vegetables evenly on top of the hummus.
- 4. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the vegetables.
- 5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 6. Roll up the wraps tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
- 7. Cut the wraps in half diagonally and serve.
