Ingredients
- 1 package of commercially packaged hummus (sold refrigerated, unopened)
- 2 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and halved
- 2 tablespoons feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Open the package of hummus and give it a good stir.

In a large bowl, combine the salad greens, cucumber, tomato, red onion, olives, and feta cheese.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
