Ingredients

  • 1 package whole wheat wraps
  • 1 cup expired but safe hummus
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (such as lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers)
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Lay out the whole wheat wraps on a clean surface.

2. Spread a generous amount of expired but safe hummus evenly on each wrap.

3. Place the mixed vegetables evenly on top of the hummus.
