Ingredients

  • 6 fresh figs
  • 8 slices of prosciutto
  • 1 baguette
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the baguette into ½-inch thick slices.
  3. Brush the baguette slices with olive oil on both sides.
  4. Place the slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Remove the toasted baguette slices from the oven and let them cool slightly.
  6. Cut the figs into quarters.
  7. Wrap each fig quarter with a slice of prosciutto.
  8. Place the wrapped figs on top of the toasted baguette slices.
  9. Drizzle the crostini with olive oil.
  10. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  11. Serve immediately and enjoy!
