
Fig and Prosciutto Crostini

Ingredients
- 6 fresh figs
- 8 slices of prosciutto
- 1 baguette
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the baguette into ½-inch thick slices.
- Brush the baguette slices with olive oil on both sides.
- Place the slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the toasted baguette slices from the oven and let them cool slightly.
- Cut the figs into quarters.
- Wrap each fig quarter with a slice of prosciutto.
- Place the wrapped figs on top of the toasted baguette slices.
- Drizzle the crostini with olive oil.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
