
Almond Energy Balls
These delicious energy balls are a great way to use up expired canned almonds. Make sure to check the almonds for any signs of spoilage before using.

Ingredients
- 1 cup expired canned almonds, finely chopped
- 1 cup dates, pitted
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine the chopped almonds, dates, almond butter, and honey. Process until the mixture comes together and forms a sticky dough.
- Roll the dough into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Spread the shredded coconut on a plate. Roll each energy ball in the coconut until coated.
- Place the energy balls in an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
