Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
  3. Add the mushrooms to the skillet and cook until they release their liquid and become golden brown.
  4. Pour in the expired whipping cream and stir until heated through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until well coated with the creamy mushroom sauce.

Instructions
