Ingredients
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 12 fresh strawberries

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, whip the whipping cream until soft peaks form.

Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and continue to whip until stiff peaks form.

Cut off the tops of the strawberries and hollow out the centers.

Fill each strawberry with the whipped cream mixture.

Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
