Ingredients
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup dates
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
Instructions
- 1. In a food processor, grind sunflower seeds, dates, and rolled oats until fine.
- 2. Add honey and continue to process until the mixture comes together.
- 3. Shape the mixture into small balls.
- 4. Roll the balls in shredded coconut to coat.
- 5. Place the energy balls in an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
