Ingredients

  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup dates
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut

Instructions

1. In a food processor, grind sunflower seeds, dates, and rolled oats until fine.

2. Add honey and continue to process until the mixture comes together.

3. Shape the mixture into small balls.

4. Roll the balls in shredded coconut to coat.

5. Place the energy balls in an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
