
Ranch Pasta Salad
This recipe uses expired ranch salad dressing to create a delicious pasta salad while reducing food waste. Ensure that the ranch dressing is unopened and safe to consume (within 180 days after expiry).

- 2 cups uncooked pasta
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup ranch salad dressing (expired but safe to consume)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, black olives, and Parmesan cheese.
- Add the expired ranch salad dressing and toss to coat the ingredients evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
