Ranch Chicken Wraps
Make these tasty ranch chicken wraps using expired ranch salad dressing while ensuring food safety. Only use unopened and safe-to-consume ranch dressing (within 180 days after expiry).
Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup ranch salad dressing (expired but safe to consume)
- 4 large tortilla wraps
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan over medium heat.
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then grill them for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Slice it into thin strips.
In a small bowl, mix the expired ranch salad dressing with a tablespoon of water to thin it out slightly.
Spread the ranch dressing evenly onto each tortilla wrap.
Divide the lettuce, cherry tomatoes, red onion, sliced chicken, and shredded cheddar cheese evenly among the wraps.
Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it tightly to form a wrap.
Cut the wraps in half and serve immediately.
Enjoy your ranch chicken wraps!
