Ingredients
- 10 slightly ripe lichee fruits
- 1 cucumber
- 1 red onion
- 1 lime
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Peel and deseed the lichee fruits, then cut them into thin slices.
- Slice the cucumber and red onion into thin slices.
- In a bowl, combine the lichee slices, cucumber slices, and red onion slices.
- Squeeze the lime juice over the mixture and toss well.
- Chop the fresh cilantro and sprinkle it over the salad.
- Season with salt to taste and toss again.
- Let the salad marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
