Ingredients
- 1 tortilla wrap
- 3 tablespoons expired hummus
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup sliced cucumbers
- 1/4 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup baby spinach leaves
Instructions
- Spread the expired hummus evenly on the tortilla wrap.
- Place the shredded carrots, sliced cucumbers, bell peppers, and baby spinach leaves on top of the hummus.
- Roll the tortilla tightly, folding in the sides as you go.
- Cut the wrap in half and serve.
