Ingredients

  • 1 tortilla wrap
  • 3 tablespoons expired hummus
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup sliced cucumbers
  • 1/4 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup baby spinach leaves

Instructions

Spread the expired hummus evenly on the tortilla wrap.

Place the shredded carrots, sliced cucumbers, bell peppers, and baby spinach leaves on top of the hummus.

Roll the tortilla tightly, folding in the sides as you go.
