- 6 large mushrooms
- 3 tablespoons expired hummus
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Remove the stems from the mushrooms and set them aside.

In a bowl, combine the expired hummus, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.

Stuff each mushroom cap with the hummus mixture and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

Finely chop the mushroom stems and sprinkle them over the stuffed mushrooms.
