Ingredients
- 2 cups leftover Gravy Chicken Homemade
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add bell pepper and onion, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
- Push vegetables to one side of the skillet and add minced garlic and grated ginger to the other side.
- Cook for 30 seconds until fragrant, then mix everything together.
- Add leftover Gravy Chicken Homemade to the skillet and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until heated through.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, water, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken and vegetables, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens and coats everything evenly.
- Remove from heat and serve the Gravy Chicken Stir-Fry over cooked rice.
