
Gravy Chicken Stir-Fry
A quick and easy stir-fry recipe using leftover Gravy Chicken Homemade
Ingredients
- 2 cups leftover Gravy Chicken Homemade
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add bell pepper and onion, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
Push vegetables to one side of the skillet and add minced garlic and grated ginger to the other side.
Cook for 30 seconds until fragrant, then mix everything together.
Add leftover Gravy Chicken Homemade to the skillet and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until heated through.
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, water, salt, and pepper.
Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken and vegetables, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens and coats everything evenly.
Remove from heat and serve the Gravy Chicken Stir-Fry over cooked rice.
