
Garlic Powder Pasta
A simple and flavorful pasta dish that makes use of slightly expired garlic powder.

Ingredients
- 200g pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon slightly expired garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the garlic powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly with the garlic powder mixture.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the pasta is heated through.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
