
Spicy Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon expired cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets, olive oil, expired cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss until the cauliflower is evenly coated.
- Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and golden brown, stirring once halfway through.
- Serve hot as a spicy side dish.
