Ingredients
- 4 frozen waffles
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon or sausage
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the frozen waffles in a single layer in a greased baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
- Pour the egg mixture over the waffles.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese, cooked bacon or sausage, and chopped green onions over the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
