  • 4 frozen waffles
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon or sausage
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Place the frozen waffles in a single layer in a greased baking dish.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.

Pour the egg mixture over the waffles.

Sprinkle the shredded cheese, cooked bacon or sausage, and chopped green onions over the top.
