Ingredients
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1 cup walnuts
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
Instructions
- In a food processor, blend the dates, walnuts, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls.
- Coat the balls in shredded coconut.
